Job summary

Alfa Laval UK&I is seeking a relocation Project Manager on a fixed-term contract to identify relocation options for our Service Centre and Office in Camberley, with some home-based flexibility. You will own the project activities, report to the Steering Committee and UK Management Team, and ensure a smooth move and set-up of new operations.

The role requires formal PM qualifications, health & safety experience, and a track record in managing industrial contractors.

Qualifications

• Formal project management qualification (PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, PMP or equivalent).
• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent H&S experience).
• Experience managing industrial contractors.

Responsibilities

• Define and assemble a project proposal and chronogram.
• Deliver project to the programme.
• Deliver within approved budget.
• Keep LTI frequency below the AL ambition level.
• Manage and mitigate environmental risks.
• Maintain business continuity through all stages of the project.
• Successful commissioning of all equipment.
• Successful handover and operational acceptance.
• Complete statutory inspections and certifications.
• Site Acceptance & Operational Readiness.
• Prepare documentation pack: Asset Register, O&M Manuals, Warranty information, Commissioning reports, Test and Inspection Reports, Final Close Out.
