Your Role:

The Relocation Consultant is responsible for driving the effective coordination and provision of relocation services to corporate clients.

As a Relocation Specialist, you will work closely as part of a team with internal departments as well as corporate clients. You will ensure compliance and service excellence, coordinate all relevant services for multinational corporate clients, communicate with all involved parties, and control the performance of the international service network. The job is very varied and requires good communication and organizational skills.

You will be part of our Switzerland team, based either from our Swiss or UK offices.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Act as the main point of contact to clients, corporate accounts and internal stakeholders regarding relocation services and needs
  • Manage cases from initiation to completion including needs assessment, client briefings, preparation and coordination of services and supply chain support to ensure complete satisfaction from assignee, family and client by exceeding their service expectations
  • Ensure the provision of professional, timely and accurate advice and assistance to clients in counselling the Client’s corporate relocation policy including numerous relocation service offerings
  • Manage own caseload and assisting colleagues where required, including complying with all associated administrative duties and updating our internal system
  • Collaborate effectively within the Company by providing support, where required, to all members of the organisation, advising on process improvements, costs savings, attend client meetings, etc.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in relocation/assignment management is necessary
  • Customer focused approach and attitude – excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and paying attention to detail – good organizational skills
  • Commercial and financial acumen
  • Fluent in French and English language
  • German, in addition, is an advantage
  • Strong IT and MS Office experience (Outlook, Word and Excel)
