Relocation Consultant – Hertfordshire

Our client, an award-winning Removals and Storage firm, is seeking a Relocation Consultant to join their team in Hertfordshire. This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service background.

In this position, you will ensure clients have a smooth relocation experience, acting as the main contact for individuals moving to a new city, providing guidance and support throughout the process.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating support for relocating employees and their families via phone and email.
  2. Providing clear communication to help clients navigate their move.
  3. Representing the client's mobility or HR team to facilitate a seamless move.
  4. Offering local insights and advice on destination city services.
  5. Staying informed on relocation policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, client relations, or account management. Experience in relocation or mobility services is advantageous but not required.

Skills and Experience:

  1. Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  2. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  3. Organized, adaptable, and able to multitask in a dynamic setting.
  4. Team-oriented with a service-driven mindset.
