This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for individuals with strong organisational skills, cross-cultural communication abilities, and a passion for supporting candidates through life-changing transitions.

Responsibilities

Liaise with candidates pre-arrival to confirm travel, documentation, housing preferences, and onboarding schedules.
Coordinate airport transfers, temporary and permanent accommodation bookings, and move-in support.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the relocation journey, providing updates and reassurance.
Work with third-party providers (e.g., landlords, letting agents, hotels, and transport services) to secure cost-effective and reliable relocation packages.
Track visa and compliance milestones in conjunction with HR and credentialing teams.
Assist in resolving urgent relocation challenges including delayed visas, accommodation issues, or last-minute travel disruptions.
Maintain accurate records and relocation status updates in the internal CRM/ATS system.
Ensure all moves adhere to company policies, NHS trust agreements, and UKVI guidelines.
Support post-arrival check-ins and candidate satisfaction surveys to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in relocation coordination, international mobility, or staffing logistics (healthcare sector preferred).
Working knowledge of UK immigration/visa processes (Skilled Worker or Health and Care Visa beneficial).
Strong multitasking and crisis management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with cultural sensitivity and empathy.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Strong recordkeeping and administrative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ATS systems.
Flexibility to support arrivals outside normal hours (with notice).
Qualification in International Business, HR, Operations, or Travel Management (preferred).
