Creative Support is recruiting for a Waking Night Support Worker at our Extra Care service in Hull. You will join a small night-time team to ensure residents receive safe, responsive care throughout the night in their own homes.

The role involves working with a colleague to manage overnight care, liaising with on-call services when needed, and contributing to a calm and supportive night environment for older adults with diverse needs.

• Waking Night Support Worker will work alongside a colleague to support the running of the Extra Care service through the night.
• Provide liaison with local and national on-call services as needed during night shifts.

We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Extra Care service in Hull. We are a large extra care service which provides care and support for older adults with a range of additional needs within their own homes.

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will work alongside another colleague to the support running of the service through the night with the support of local and national on-call services.
