We are looking for Relief Support Workers to join our Service based in Seaford. Shifts will be spread across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You will provide support that helps individuals live more independent, dignified, and happy lives, including:

• Supporting independence: managing budgets, paying bills, housework, appointments, and cooking.
• Relationship building: supporting understanding of the world and promoting positive relationships.
• Community & Social Inclusion: helping access local community and social events.
• Personal care: assisting with daily routines, medication, bathing, and toileting, depending on the role.
