Mencap is seeking Relief Support Workers to join our team in Needham Market.
This role requires you to be a driver.
As a Relief Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will work with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs, assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support.

Shift times:
All our services are 24-hour care. We prepare rotas at least 4 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal and social life. There is also a non-contractual sleep-in option where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70.
