Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Relief Support Workers to join our team in Milford Haven. As a Relief Support Worker, you'll make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support.

Role Requirements
  • A genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Must be a driver, as this role requires mobility support.
Shift Times

All our services are 24-hour care. We prepare rotas at least 4 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal and social life.
