Job summary

Creative Support is seeking Relief/Bank Support Workers in Doncaster to assist people with learning disabilities and/or autism at supported living services across Doncaster. The role involves helping clients with daily tasks to promote independence and participation in the local community.

We offer a pay rate of £12.85 per hour with rolled up holiday pay. A minimum of 12 months relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of twelve months of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily tasks to promote independence.
• Help maintain tenancies and participate in local community activities.
• Develop independent living skills and support clients to achieve personal goals.
• Promote wellbeing and tailor ongoing care to individual needs.
