Job summary

Mencap is seeking Relief Support Workers in Ipswich to join our care team. You will assist with daily activities and provide emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities, helping them lead fulfilling lives.

All roles involve shift work, including evenings, weekends and holidays, with a driver requirement. Sleep-in options may be available with enhanced pay. Applicants will be considered with DBS checks and references.

From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.

All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!

There is also a non contractual sleep-in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £64.20.
