Mencap is seeking Community Support Relief Support Workers who are drivers to join our team in Ilkeston.

As a Relief Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support to a diverse group of individuals with unique abilities and needs.

What we're looking for:

• A genuine passion for supporting others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
• Must be a driver.

Contract options:

Our services operate 7 days a week with shifts between 08:00-18:00. Rotas are prepared at least 4 weeks in advance to help you plan your personal and social life.
