Job summary

Dimensions is seeking a Relief Support Worker (Female) in Wetherby to support three adults with learning disabilities in their home and local community. The role is part-time, on-site, contract, and requires a UK/EU manual driving license.

You will assist with daily living, medications, meals, cleaning and laundry, helping each person stay as independent as possible while engaging in activities such as choir, Zumba and pottery, and arranging travel plans.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities.
• Ability to promote independence.
• Willingness to drive a Motability car if required.

Responsibilities

• Support three individuals with learning disabilities in daily living.
• Assist with medication, meals, cleaning, and laundry.
• Encourage participation in activities (choir, Zumba, pottery) and travel planning.
