Job summary

Mencap is seeking Relief Support Workers in Abbots Langley to support individuals with learning disabilities across daily activities and emotional support. Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays, are required.

The role offers a varied schedule and a chance to contribute to a caring, inclusive environment. All roles include enhanced DBS checks and references, with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Job description

Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Relief Support Worker to join our incredible team in Abbots Langley.

You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.

From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.

What we're looking for

All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!

• Days: Between 7:00am -10:00pm

*All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
