We’re looking for passionate Relief Support Workers to join our vibrant team in Warrington, Cheshire. If you value respect, warmth, and enthusiasm, this is your chance to make a real difference by providing person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health challenges, and complex needs.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to accompany the people we support on outings such as swimming, movies, or trips to nearby towns like Winwick, St. Helens, Leigh, and Newton-le-Willows. You will be part of a mission to empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives, maintain their tenancies, engage in their communities, develop independent living skills, and achieve personal goals.
As a Key Worker, you will help individuals reach their dreams by offering personal care, medication assistance, and fostering meaningful relationships. You will also handle administrative and housing tasks, working flexibly as part of the relief team.
Applicants need at least 12 months of experience supporting people with learning disabilities. As a Creative Support Bank Staff member, you will access our free app for shift management, service details, and directions, with weekly pay.
