Relief Support Worker – Tanton Road, Stokesley

We offer a competitive rate of £11.44ph plus great benefits!

We are looking for friendly and welcoming individuals to join our team at Tanton Road, Stokesley, supporting our supported living service. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives.

Your responsibilities will include supporting people with learning and physical disabilities to maintain independence and develop new skills, enabling them to live in their own homes. Tasks include assisting with meal planning and preparation, maintaining cleanliness, supporting medication and personal care, updating support plans and risk assessments, and helping individuals access community activities.

This role is rewarding and involves working with a dedicated team. We support your career development through training and growth opportunities.

Real Life Options provides flexible employment, with shifts that may include weekends, evenings, and sleepovers.

Previous experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and epilepsy is desirable, but full training will be provided.

An enhanced child and adult DBS check will be required for successful applicants.
