In Essex and Suffolk, we're proud to be taking part in our Sunflower Challenge for 50 Connect 2026. Alongside the people we support, colleagues will be growing sunflowers and sharing their progress throughout the year, celebrating the power of connection, friendship and community. Just as sunflowers turn towards one another to share energy, we believe everyone thrives when they have meaningful relationships and opportunities to belong.

The challenge forms part of 50 Connect, Dimensions' initiative designed to build friendships, strengthen local connections and raise funds for Small Sparks grants, helping people we support pursue their dreams, ambitions and life goals. 50 Connect brings people together. We'll be celebrating everyone's achievements at a special Essex and Suffolk event in September 2026.

If you're passionate about helping people build friendships, stay connected to their communities and achieve the goals that matter to them, this could be the role for you.
