Job summary

CrossReach Trading Ltd. in Inverness is seeking Relief Support Workers to provide consistency across Adult Care Services: Nevis House, Cale House and Beechwood House. You will support individuals with daily living, promote routines and celebrate personal goals.

Want a role where no two shifts are the same? As a Relief Support Worker, you'll step into all kinds of situations, from supporting someone settling in for the first time to encouraging daily routines or celebrating personal goals. You'll bring calm, confidence and care to people who need it most, right when they need it.

This role provides cover across all three Adult Care Services in Inverness, Nevis House, Cale House and Beechwood House, giving you the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and support a range of individuals. We are recruiting multiple candidates for these positions.

What sort of things will I do?

• Pitch in with cleaning, meal prep or appointments when needed
• Support recovery and life skills in a safe, stable environment

Who are we looking for?

• Someone who's calm, reliable and ready to step into new settings
• A good communicator who knows when to listen
• Ideally, someone with experience in support work, but we'll support the right person to learn and grow
• You'll also need (or be working towards) an SVQ Level 2 in Social Care
