Job summary

Creative Support is seeking Relief Support Workers to join our services in Stockton and Billingham. In this flexible bank role you will provide person-centred care, support daily living, and encourage independence for clients with mental health needs and learning disabilities.

You will work locally, with DBS costs covered, uniforms provided, access to our shifts app, and weekly pay. The role offers varied shifts and the chance to make a real difference in people’s lives.

Role Responsibilities

As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support, helping clients engage in all aspects of daily life and enjoy a wide range of activities. You’ll utilize your skills in positive communication and engagement, demonstrating unconditional positive regard for those we support. Additionally, you must be confident in working independently when required.
