The Role of Relief Support Practitioner:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting individuals to live independently
  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities
  • Meal preparation and nutritional support
  • Offering emotional support and companionship
  • Working proactively to prevent hospital admissions

You will have the opportunity to work across Mobile Home Care and Responder services, offering variety and flexibility. Shifts include evenings, weekends, and nights.
