Older People’s Services has 8 residential services across Fife, with a team based in each service. You can view each of the service locations, listed at the top of this advert, and will be asked to provide your location preference at interview.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our care home team in Fife Council’s Residential and Day Services (East), on a casual basis, for the position of relief social care worker (night shift).
We are looking for a motivated and driven individual with good values and a genuine interest in the care and support of Older People; with experience of care within a highly complex yet rewarding environment.
The residential care homes in Fife provide ongoing care and support to vulnerable older people: the care homes also support a STAR unit, respite and day service.
The successful candidate will undertake the keyworker role, involving creating, monitoring, and reviewing care plans, keeping accurate records of support planning, and ensuring the service user receives the opportunities, experiences, and support outlined in their care plan.
