About the role

Senior nurse roles involve influencing the quality of clinical care by supporting, educating, and developing mentors and learners. They support the manager and senior team in managing the home and ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and professional standards. The post holder will assess care needs, develop and evaluate care plans, and deliver the care practitioner program to enhance clinical skills.
