Kings Security in Northampton is seeking a Relief Security Officer to provide flexible and reliable coverage across client locations. You will monitor access, patrol premises, and respond to incidents to keep staff and visitors safe.

Qualificações

• SIA Licence or valid SIA training certificates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility, willingness to work varied shift patterns.
• Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure, especially during emergencies.
• Must drive and have own vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed appropriately.
• Resolve client concerns professionally and courteously.
• Provide high level customer service and address inquiries.
• Maintain positive relationships with staff, visitors and contractors.
• Record daily activities, incidents and irregularities accurately and per procedures.
• Comply with Health and Safety guidelines and report issues.
• Monitor surveillance and control access as required.
• Coordinate with emergency services when needed.
