Job summary

Corps Security in Ellesmere Port is seeking a highly skilled SIA Licensed Relief Security Officer to cover holiday and sickness absence at multiple client sites. You may be allocated a fixed shift pattern when opportunities arise and will work various hours, including days, nights and weekends.

You will maintain site surveillance, brief visitors, log deliveries, and operate alarms as part of a professional security team.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Front‑Line License is essential.
• Full UK manual driving license is essential.
• Confident establishing relationships at all levels.
• Able to work to deadlines, multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site surveillance and carry out regular patrols.
• Brief visitors and contractors upon arrival and sign in/out.
• Record deliveries and process paperwork per procedures.
• Ensure patrols are carried out to required standards.
• Set/unset alarms for out-of-hours security as needed.
• Comply with site waste management procedures.
• Complete daily occurrence logs, handovers and incident records.
• Follow Assignment Instructions, Risk Assessments and safety documents.
• Keep training records up to date including first aid and fire marshal.
