Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is recruiting for Relief Officers to support Jaguar Land Rover sites across the UK. You will provide friendly, professional security presence, assist customers and colleagues, and respond calmly to incidents.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old per licensing requirements.
• Holder of an SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence.
• Warm, professional and approachable in customer-facing situations.

Responsibilities

• Being a friendly and helpful first point of contact for customers, offering guidance and support when needed.
• Helping to keep colleagues, customers and the site safe and secure at all times.
• Creating a professional, approachable and reassuring presence on site.
• Handling incidents calmly and professionally, with support from the wider team when needed.
• Carrying out patrols, monitoring access points and helping to prevent unauthorised activity.
• Working closely with colleagues as part of a supportive, professional and customer-focused team.
