Responsibilities

• Delivering professional security services across RAF Scampton, Gousto and the National Grid Training Site.
• Providing holiday, sickness and short-notice absence cover where required.
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors and customers.
• Responding effectively to incidents, emergencies & suspicious activity.
• Carrying out patrols and monitoring for potential risks.
• Completing incident reports, logbooks and check calls accurately.
• Reporting Health & Safety concerns promptly.
• Using security systems and technology confidently.
• Remaining calm, professional and proactive under pressure.

About the Role

As a Relief Security Officer, you'll provide a professional and visible security presence across a range of sites, helping to protect people, property and assets while maintaining the highest standards of service.

You'll be trusted to step into different environments at short notice, supporting sites during periods of absence and ensuring all security operations continue to run smoothly. You'll respond confidently to incidents and ensure all site procedures and Assignment Instructions are followed at all times.
