A leading facilities management company is seeking an experienced Distribution Security Officer in the Borough of Swale. This role involves ensuring a secure environment and managing access control. The ideal candidate must hold an SIA licence and have relevant experience. Competitive pay at £12.92 per hour, with several flexible benefits available.

We are looking for an experienced Distribution Security Officer to be the first point of contact for all customers and clients. Responsibilities include creating a safe and welcoming working environment, responding to on-site incidents, and requesting assistance or assuming control until the arrival of the Client, Emergency Services, or Duty Manager.
You will be a trustworthy, attentive, and approachable individual confident in welcoming clients and visitors. You will proactively highlight any breaches of security procedures by monitoring the Site, Fire, Intruder, and CCTV systems, and report incidents to the Business Protection Coordinator by recording, reporting, and escalating through established processes.
You will also support with access control and escorting people and vehicles to and from the site.
The ideal candidate will hold an SIA licence with Door Supervision, Security Guarding, or CCTV accreditation, and have Gatehouse experience. A Full UK Driving Licence is beneficial. The role requires vetting and SC screening upon appointment.
Pay rate: £12.92
