Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? Mattressman is seeking dynamic Sales Consultants to join our team. If you thrive in a customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you!

This role will be providing cover to our stores in Dereham, Norwich, North Walsham, Lowestoft, and possibly Colchester on occasion.

About the Role:

As a Relief Sales Consultant at Mattressman, you will be responsible for providing our customers with an informed, professional, and ethical experience. Your main responsibilities will include:

Customer Service: Delivering exceptional customer care, managing and resolving queries quickly and efficiently.

Store Presentation: Ensuring the store is clean, presentable, and stocked to the required standards at all times.

Sales: Developing and maintaining both new and existing customer relationships through ethical sales methods and outstanding service.

Telesales: Seamlessly handling telesales calls in addition to assisting in-store customers.

Technology Adaptation: Adapting to new technology to enhance the customer experience.

Teamwork: Working flexibly and collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Cash Handling: Carrying out daily cash handling routines with accuracy and integrity.

Compliance: Adhering to data protection policies and updating POS and pricing changes as guided by management.
