The role requires NMC registration and prior care home experience, with flexible days/nights offered to support residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Active NMC registration.
• Experience in a care home or similar setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on nursing care tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Lead, support and mentor Health Care Assistants.
• Ensure clinical excellence and compliance with safety regulations.
