Job summary

Creative Support is seeking Relief Recovery Support Workers for our Forest Road service in Loughborough, Leicestershire. The role involves supporting up to seven service users with a person-centred approach at a step-through accommodation based service.

You will work as a Key Worker/Co-worker, planning with the circle of support to help people achieve their wishes, and you will be paid weekly. Applicants should have recovery-focused experience and strong communication skills.

We are looking for warm, resourceful, energetic and diverse team of Relief Recovery Support Workers to join our mental health support service, Forest Road, in Loughborough.

Forest Road is a step-through accommodation based service offering holistic support of up to seven Service Users. Your role will be to support individual service users, taking a person-centred approach to their care and support.

Your Role Will Include

You will have previous experience of working with people in a recovery-focused way, either in a community, residential or inpatient setting. You will be motivated with good communication skills and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes using a person-centred recovery approach.

As a Creative Support Relief Support Worker staff member you will have access to our free app which allows you to pick up shifts in Alcester and any area of the country, provides information on the service and shifts as well as directions.
