About The Role

Hesley Group is recruiting a Relief Receptionist for our Central Services Head Office based in Tickhill, Doncaster. We are a specialist adult residential service provider supporting people with complex needs. We seek a dynamic, proactive individual for the role of Receptionist. The role involves being the front of house for the service, directing multiple enquiries across the Hesley Group, and liaising with the administration team to support tasks as they arise.

About You

We are looking for someone who is flexible with their time and can commit to different days and hours per week. The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). You should hold qualifications in Maths and English at GCSE level (or equivalent). A professional telephone manner and sharing the values of the Hesley Group are essential. Additionally, you should have:

  • Experience working as an effective team member in an office environment
  • Experience using a range of office equipment
  • Experience dealing with information in various formats (written, verbal, electronic, charts, graphs, accounts, etc.)
