Job summary

Well Pharmacy is seeking a Relief Pharmacy Assistant to support absence and holidays across surrounding Well Pharmacies. You will work with Pharmacists and store teams to ensure the efficient delivery of pharmacy processes and outstanding customer care.

The role requires a NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an equivalent qualification, and you will help provide safe dispensing and trusted advice to patients across multiple community pharmacies.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to work across multiple community pharmacies and pharmacy teams.
• Strong commitment to patient safety and high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Work with Pharmacists and store teams to ensure efficient delivery of pharmacy processes and excellent customer care.
• Cover absence and holidays in surrounding Well Pharmacies across multiple locations.
• Provide support across community pharmacies and be a reliable source of information for customers.
