Job summary

Day Lewis Pharmacy is seeking a Relief Pharmacy Assistant to support multiple branches across North East London. This full-time role offers variety and the chance to gain broader experience within a community pharmacy network.

The position requires an NVQ2 in Pharmacy or equivalent and reports to the Pharmacist Manager. Responsibilities include assisting with dispensing, front-counter duties, and maintaining high patient-facing service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pharmacy environment and delivering high standard customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Pharmacist in developing the pharmacy business while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to policies.
• Assist on the front counter and warmly welcome and support patients.
• Be part of a small, dedicated team and contribute to efficient operations.
• Develop relationships with patients and healthcare organisations to provide patient-friendly service.
