Job summary

Boots is looking for a pharmacist to join our community-focused team in the UK. You will deliver NHS, local, and private services using both in-store and digital tools, while upholding professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.

You will monitor and continually improve care standards, work with the Store Manager to develop the healthcare team, and mentor colleagues. Boots values patient care, collaboration, and community leadership.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with eagerness to coach and guide others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using both in-store and digital tools.
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor, evaluating, and continually improving standards of care and safety.
• Work with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
• Grow talent reflecting the communities we serve; coach and support colleagues.
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
