Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a qualified pharmacist to join our community pharmacy team. You will apply clinical expertise daily, delivering trusted care, advice and services that place patients first, with a supportive team and robust tools.

You will lead patient safety and pharmacy compliance, oversee service delivery and contribute to business success while developing your colleagues and serving the local community.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC/PSNI/PSI).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care in a pharmacy setting.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset and willingness to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continually improve standards of care and safety.
• Work with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
• Grow talent by coaching, mentoring and supporting colleagues.
