Job summary

Bestway Healthcare is seeking Relief Pharmacists to support our community pharmacies across Fife, Perth, West Lothian, North Lanarkshire and South Lanarkshire. Roles offer flexible, varied experience across multiple sites with travel between locations.

You will provide professional leadership, ensure safe and compliant delivery of pharmacy services, and help teams deliver excellent patient care while supporting commercial performance. A UK driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hold an MPharm degree (or equivalent).
• Be registered with the GPhC (or PSNI) by your start date.
• Have management experience (desirable).
• Be flexible and confident working across different pharmacy locations.
• Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and clinical leadership across multiple pharmacies.
• Ensure safe, effective, and compliant delivery of pharmacy services.
• Support pharmacy teams to deliver patient care and commercial performance.
• Travel between pharmacies within the area as required.
