Job summary

Boots UK is hiring a pharmacist to deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools. You will lead professional and legal standards for patient safety, and work with the Store Manager to develop the wider healthcare team with a collaborative, patient‑focused mindset.

This role emphasizes coaching, mentoring and supporting colleagues, serving the community, and representing Boots with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Leading professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitoring, evaluating, and continually improving standards of care and safety.
• Working with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
• Growing talent that reflects the communities we serve; coaching, mentoring and supporting your colleagues every step of the way.
