Job summary

Boots is seeking a pharmacist to deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services, applying clinical expertise daily within a supportive team.

You will lead patient care, uphold safety and pharmacy compliance, and work with the Store Manager to develop the wider healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset and willingness to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continually improve standards of care and safety.
• Work with Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
• Grow talent reflecting the communities served; coach and support colleagues.
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
