Busy Bees Oxford Rockwell is seeking a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Assistant to join our team. You will deliver care and education to young children, support the Bee Curious curriculum, and mentor less experienced staff in a caring, supportive setting.

Located in a thriving market town with excellent transport links, the nursery prioritises staff development and a positive workplace culture. Ofsted rated Good, with a warm, collaborative team environment.

Formación

• Must hold Level 3 Early Years Qualification and be registered with the relevant governing body.
• Experience delivering care and education to young children is essential.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and support curriculum delivery.
