Busy Bees Bromsgrove is seeking a Level 2 Qualified Early Years Assistant to support children's development through play-based learning at our Outstanding nursery. You will contribute to planning, observe progress, and foster a safe, nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience as Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse is advantageous.

About Our Nursery

Busy Bees Bromsgrove is an Ofsted-rated Outstanding nursery with a capacity of 86. Our team is dedicated to offering a variety of enriching activities and experiences to support every child’s growth and development. We have excellent relationships with local schools and work closely with external professionals such as Speech and Language Therapists and Physiotherapists to provide tailored support for children.
