Busy Bees is the UK's leading nursery group, and we are seeking a Level 2 Qualified Early Years Assistant to join our team in Braintree Great Notley as a Relief Early Years Educator. You will support children’s development through play-based learning in a nurturing setting.

Plan activities, create a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with families while following our Bee Curious curriculum and benefiting from ongoing professional development and staff support.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities
