Job summary

Childbase Partnership Limited is seeking a Relief Nursery Practitioner at Nature Trails Day Nursery in Rugby. This permanent role offers varied, ad-hoc shifts between 07:30 and 18:30, Monday to Friday, across a 0 hours/week baseline with 52 weeks/year.

You will support babies and children, follow safeguarding procedures, and collaborate with a team to provide enriching activities and safe care. Applicants should reside within commutable distance of Rugby and have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for babies and children aged five and under is preferred.
• EYFS knowledge helps plan activities aligned with learning.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and promoting wellbeing is important.
• Ability to work in partnership with parents and colleagues.
