Are you passionate about inspiring children and helping them achieve their potential? At Childbase Partnership, we believe that you can be anything you want to be. We are looking for creative, thoughtful, and caring individuals to join our team as Relief Nursery Practitioners.

This role involves providing relief cover at our Pennypot Day Nursery in Chobham and other nursery locations. You will work with children aged 0-5 years, supporting their development and learning in a flexible, part-time capacity. Shifts are typically full days, starting between 07:30-09:00 am and ending between 17:00-18:30 pm, with some shifts offered in advance and others at short notice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting.
• Supporting children's development across all areas, including social, emotional, physical, and cognitive.
• Working collaboratively with team members to create a safe, nurturing environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Natural nurturing, caring, and compassionate personality.
• Experience caring for children under five, preferably in a nursery environment, or currently undertaking an early years or teaching qualification.
• Ability to be a positive role model and contribute effectively within a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly pay rate of £11.77 to £13.15, depending on qualifications.
