Busy Bees Nurseries in Belper is seeking an Early Years Assistant (Unqualified) to join our Busy Bees Alton Manor team. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a nurturing setting, helping children learn through play and daily routines.

No formal qualifications are required, but a love of working with children, patience, and empathy are essential. We offer supportive training, ongoing development, and access to our Bee Curious curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

Our hourly rates of pay differ for people under 21 but they are above national minimum wage levels. For employees aged 21 and above, our hourly rate of pay is £12.75.
