About our Nursery

Busy Bees Burchetts Green, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 84 children and offers ample outdoor space for exploration and play. Our amazing team is dedicated and passionate about their roles as practitioners, ensuring a nurturing environment for all children. We enhance learning experiences with visits to the zoo on the BCA college grounds and work in partnership with the college to provide valuable placements for new practitioners. Key Responsibilities

Our hourly rates of pay differ for people under 21 but they are above national minimum wage levels. For employees aged 21 and above, our hourly rate of pay is £12.75.
