Busy Bees Day Nursery and preschool is seeking a Flexible / Relief Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly team. The role involves supporting children's individual needs, conducting observations, and ensuring a fun learning environment. What to expect as a Relief Nursery Practitioner

• Ensure every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally challenging next steps.
• Encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
