Qualifications

• Experience in nursery settings and working with children.
• Understanding of EYFS framework and SEND/ASL needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual children's needs and support parents with SEND/ASL.
• Plan and assess key children's development in line with EYFS.
• Encourage children's achievements and ensure a fun environment.

What to expect as a Relief Nursery Practitioner

• Ensure every individual child’s needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally appropriate next steps.
• Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.
