A leading childcare provider in Chorley is seeking a Flexible / Relief Nursery Practitioner to join their outstanding team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for child development, meet individual children's needs, and provide fun learning experiences. Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in supporting children's needs including SEND/ASL.
• Ability to plan and conduct observations and assessments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What to expect as a Relief Nursery Practitioner

• Ensure every individual child’s needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
• Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally challenging next steps.
• Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.
