Job summary

St Joseph's Catholic Primary School invites applications for a Relief Midday Supervisor to join our dedicated lunchtime team. You will help pupils move between the dining hall and playground, assist with eating, and support basic First Aid and care needs as required.

Our school is a caring Catholic community that values safety and positive pupil interaction. The successful candidate will help keep children safe and engaged during the lunch period.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Supervise pupils during lunch periods, ensuring safe movement to and from dining hall and playground
  • Support pupils while eating and assist with basic First Aid when needed
  • Provide care assistance for medical or physical needs as appropriate
  • Promote positive play and supervise pupil relationships to ensure a safe environment

We are lookingto appoint an enthusiastic Relief Midday Supervisor to join our hard-working,friendly and supportiveMidday team.

You will be expected to help the children with the following:

  • transition to / from the dining hall to the school playground
  • supporting them whilst eating
  • assisting with their medical, physical and care needs, where appropriate
  • promoting and supervising positive play and pupil relationships
  • providing them withbasic First Aid
