About The RoleChurchill Estates Management is experiencing exciting growth, and we are seeking compassionate Relief Lodge Managers for our retirement developments in the region. You will cover the absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an "as and when" basis at lodges within reasonable travelling distance.
Your responsibilities include managing property maintenance and providing a first-class service to Owners, fostering a happy and fulfilling lifestyle. Based at a central desk within the development, you will be a visible and reassuring presence, handling office administration and coordinating contractors for building maintenance.
You will also facilitate social events and support the sales team with customer viewings, liaising with various departments and external contacts.
About YouYou should understand our customers and be eager to make a positive difference. An outgoing and friendly personality, love of socialising, and the ability to act with sensitivity and diplomacy are essential. You must also be able to work independently, demonstrating efficiency and assertiveness to ensure safety and security.
Computer literacy, especially with Outlook, is required to support event organization and site maintenance administration. Experience in property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer service, or hospitality would be advantageous.
