We are looking for a Male Relief Support Worker to join our supported living team in Northallerton. Shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleep ins, weekends, and bank holidays. A driver who can drive a manual car is preferable to meet the tenants' active lifestyles.
Are you caring and enthusiastic? If you love crafts or music, this could be the job for you! You will support tenants attending day centres, social activities, and living their best lives at home and in the community.
We support three gentlemen with learning disabilities who are good friends and live in our supported living services. We are looking to expand our friendly, knowledgeable staff team.
Supporting someone with their daily life isn't a 9-5 job. You need to work across various days and shifts, including sleep ins (payment is competitive and compliant with the National Living Wage). Your rota is planned in advance, and your manager will try to accommodate your requests.
If you have a positive attitude and want to improve the lives of those with learning disabilities, we want to meet you! We offer progression opportunities and a range of employee benefits.
*All roles require an enhanced DBS check and references.
Due to the service nature, only male applicants are considered. This post is exempt under the Equality Act, Schedule 9, Part 1.
